Behind the Boot: Muck x Bone Collector

If you’re a hunter and outdoorsman or women, I’m telling you, there’s just something about rubber bottom boots that you just can’t do without. Everyday, outside, hunts in the Muck and mud, or chores around the farm - we just grew up with a pair of rubber boots. I’m proud to be wearing Muck® Boots and to be partnered with them for a collaboration with our Bone Collector brand. They’re just the go-to, man!

There were a lot of things I was looking to have in the Muck boot when we designed the Bone collector edition for hunters. One is camouflage – that just goes hand in hand with hunting. I wanted a boot that around the shin and calf area that was easy to get your pants tucked into – easy on and easy off after long hunts. Lightweight and a good sole that didn’t slip and slide in a variety of environments while traveling around the country. We wanted a style that excels in the spring turkey woods, but also in the colder months during deer season. We knew the team at Muck would have no problem with putting all of this together in a boot that keeps your feet dry. Put simple, a boot designed by hunters for hunters, by a company that are experts in their craft!
